Either here or the number plate thread
A Tesla model x on a transporter with the reg ‘T3 5LA X’
I am assuming it was a ‘5 ‘ but it looked like an ‘S’
And having seen maybe 2 or 3 the last few months I’ve seen around ten the last few days .

A Jag XK in silver with MH 57 MPH. In Hasda today, it was in good nick.

Saw 2 jags the other day. An XJ6 which I joked that was unusual in that it was doing 70 mph and not broken down. A few miles later, said Jag was stopped at the side of the road...
Also saw a new Jag F Type R. Looked great in blue. A rare spot in a place where everyone drives a Tesla.
Almost forgot that I saw the new Toyota Supra too, although it was parked outside a Toyota Dealership in Mountainview, that part of the Bay Area that has some of the most expensive real estate in America.

Really like the changes to the front.
Terrible parking. I assume the aim was to give more room to the car next to it which I understand and would do, but it would still have to be straight rather than look abandoned.

It’s a much more anonymous looking car. Still looks good but has lost a lot with the update.

Yep. They'd have been better shedding a few pounds than mucking about with a shape that worked well.

Yep, front end is crap, looks very generic and meh!!
A white one was posted up on Pistonheads a few weeks ago, it looked utterly anonymous.

I saw a convoy of Reliant 3 wheelers yesterday. Both of them ( ) had 'Isle of Man TT Races' sunstrips.

Yesterday: In the London Microsoft Store at Oxford Circus, a McLaren Senna With most retailers struggling to make ends meet, it must gall a bit that Microsoft can fork out around £1M just on "window dressing" (or should that be "windows dressing" ??)

More like wallpaper dressing. I think it fair to say that mac users have that too.

I’ve seen that Senna a coup,e of times so it’s been there a while but I doubt it’s deprecated in that time so it won’t be costing them a million quid.

Two transporters driving south towards Sacramento carrying white Fiat 500s on them. There must have been 9 or 10 on each trailer.
Immediately that Proclaimers song popped into my head, only about driving 500 cars and driving 500 more...

More heard than saw an Aston Martin V8 Vantage this evening. The driver nailed it away from the lights and I looked because it sounded a lot more sophisticated than the V8s I hear all the time.
Also got a better look at the new Supra on Saturday. It is a nice looking car for the price...

I had a slightly weird commute this morning as most of the cars I saw were small hatches - Mini, Fiesta, etc. However there were a couple of unusual ones. First I followed 2 of the currentSmart based Twingos travelling in convoy and we then caught up with a couple of original Audi A2s also travelling in convoy (although not as a pair, one turned off and the other didn't).
Not only that but everyone was making decent progress for a commute - my journey average speed when I parked on the 3rd floor of the multi-storey was 49!
I also saw a 16 plate Lada Niva heading the other way.

A vintage car being driven more....errr, enthusiastically than I’ve ever seen one before. It had a surprising turn of speed, which is a bit less surprising after a quick Google (reg OH 4363) has revealed it’s a Hispano-Suiza H6B with a 6.5 litre straight 6. Very loud, sounded like a truck. I kept a safe distance as it looked like it was close to the edge and as he exited a roundabout, he got it properly sideways, it was a good job there wasn’t anyone in the other lane. I quickly got past and out of his way.

This morning I was passed by a RRSpurt which had RED indicators at the rear! (Yes, he used them properly - well done that man!)
Yes, that's RED, not LED (although they probably were that too). Wasn't aware that was legal in this country? On a UK registered car too, not Murcan or other form of foreign.

More prosaically, you do occasionally see some unusually specced cars. For example one of our neighbours has an Audi A1.
It's a dark blue 3dr and debadged so I have no idea what engine it has, but it's only got one weedy-looking exhaust pipe and is in some sort of boggo spec with shirt-button wheels and no discernable frills.
No frills that is except for a very large glass sunroof that must have been an extremely expensive option.
Can't help thinking that was an odd combination by whoever specified it when new.

Nissan GTR drove past me this evening. I saw an E65 AMG and then finally, a Porsche 991 GT3 RS. There was an M4, an RR Sport and every kind of Tesla. There were plenty of others too. I suppose that’s one of the advantages of being in the wealthy part of town in the evening.

Lexus RC F in a car park yesterday. It certainly stood out and has a purposeful look. Sounded lovely when the owner started it up, too.

On the Autobahn near Munster on Tuesday, an AMG E63 S in matt grey joined right in front of us swerved right over to the outside lane and was within a matter of seconds disappearing over the horizon. The driving was perhaps a bit gittish, but we will let him off for the marvellous sound effects he left in his wake.

A mock-up Eurofighter, I believe. At least I hope it was - the missiles were awfully wobbly...

Looks like a Eurofighter. I'm used to seeing them a bit closer than that as they do their best o knock my chimney pots off. Saw a maroon PT Cruiser convertible earlier.

A car that Sniff Petrol spoof-advertised as 'Now you can hear them call you a wanker.' I believe.
