I do not get the driving force for that, it just goes right past me. Apart from repeated application of a hammer to the 'nads, how do we properly 'assist these parentless morons' to stop?

An eye for an eye?
Make them pay some significant financial recompense plus give the victims access to the scrotes personal possessions with a hammer. Cue one smashed X Box/Playstation/home growing kit for their weed/etc

^ "The animal was going in the wrong direction on the autobahn from Tessin to Rostock," a police spokesperson told Deutsche Welle."
Probably hadn't read the German equivalent of the Highway Code, so was unsure how to cross a road or determine which carriageway to use.

Probably could only find a Pelican crossing and became confused.

www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-49930973Just what exactly was she insuring for £3500 a year - Buckingham Palace? - I think mine is a ripoff at £500/year but can't change until the building is finished really

Well this is a bit like my mother discovering she could halve her car insurance premium if she shopped around, just a more extreme version.

Well this is a bit like my mother discovering she could halve her car insurance premium if she shopped around, just a more extreme version. Yes, my mum was paying over £1100 a year for home insurance until a girl in the bank asked her what the £95 a month DD was for. She was horrified when my mum told her and encouraged her to shop around, which we did.

But equally when you shop around to get a decent deal, it's people like this who get mugged off for not changing thet subsidise it. If they ban automatic price rises the insurance companies will have to make the shortfall up somewhere else.

They don't *have* to but they will, to preserve profits. Insurance buying is a monumental pain in the arse.

Corbyn is getting more and more desperate, could be the end of the party as we know it. They may even become the third party.

I still reckon we’ll end up with another hung parliament.

I am expecting this to be Brexit referendum 2, with the choice being Conservative (out) or LibDem (in). Labour are generally seen as an irrelevant sideshow.

Where they will, with luck, "remain" for at least a decade.
