I don’t think Astons are good looking now. We’re more used to them perhaps and we’ve started making excuses for them. The Vantage looks a mess and the new Ferrari Roma has reminded us that the DB11/DBS are a bit of a mess, too.

This isn't about Agas then? They're more about practicality than looks

forgive me but I think the current Alfa range looks bland, the Giulia QF looks indistinctive as a top spec monster power saloon and as for the utterly boring Stelvio, just a high riding Giulia, they don't do anything for me
Honestly, one marque i think we've all missed and which I really think is knocking out some really good looking cars is, Peugeot. Their new 208 looks stunning against a bland Polo et al, the 3008 is desirable as a small SUV, if you want that sort of thing, and the 508 saloon is a handsome saloon, just wish they did a proper hatch back version with a rear wiper.

DB11 is a looker but the vantage is disappointing in extreme and the DBS can look good but is mostly speced by the blind.

Volvo, barring the S90 and its weird tail lights. The V60 has overtaken the Skoda Superb as the best looking estate car currently available.
Even the Volvo posh-roaders look half decent.
Other than that, I am so far behind the curve on modern cars that I struggle to tell the majority of regular stuff apart. I mistook a Hyundai for a 1 Series the other day.

I mistook a Hyundai for a 1 Series the other day. Don't you mean that the other way round - the new 1 series looks like a copy of a Hyundai.

I followed what I thought was a 1 series for a few miles and it was only when I got really close and saw the badge that I realised!

Or it might have been a Focus, I don't know.

I followed a new 1 series across the Tay Bridge thinking it was a Hyundai (or Kia) until I got close enough to see the BMW badge.

... or an A-Class

They all blend into one for me, especially from the side where almost every single small/medium hatch has the same reverse raked window in the C/D pillar.
