I read a wee bit about it last week and it sounds promising.
I've long thought the OTT aero on, for example, the front wing is a complete waste of time and money and as road cars head to ever increasing wheel diameters the F1 cars running on 13s has seemed odd.

Those cars look good, but so do Skodas when they're only a design sketch.
