Dropped older daughter at middle school, walked with younger daughter into her school, voted, sitting with younger daughter in Nero.
I have to go home in a minute and start work.

There was a queue at my local polling station at 9am this morning. Never seen that before ever - I'm usually the only one there!

Our polling station is the back lounge bar of the Lochside public house. I can see a stiff drink afterwards being in order.

I'm going in, just in case the polling booth is open or I may be some time. I hope to find a very flare just in case of emergencies. Oh well this and opd in the same day, YAY, as the septics would say.

Voted at about 08:00 this morning on the way to work, whilst there were no queues, there was a steady stream of people coming in and out.

I was shirking from home today so popped down mid morning. There was a queue out the door. It was mostly elderly people voting for Jeremy Quinn but there were a few young and middle aged voters too.

A queue at ours too. Early news reports talked of queues, so I think the turnout will be high.

It was actually very quiet when I went in, there was a queue of one. I missed out on the opd too, we sent you a new appointment for tomorrow, did you not get it? Sorry fully booked. Of course, I shall have to give up on the Hasda trip until Monday which is a shame....... I think I'll live though.

In spite of everything, I think we will simply wake up tomorrow morning to more of the same and be just as frustrated with it all!

Well, that's one (Corbyn) bullet dodged, just Brexit to deal with now...

Holy shit. I didn't see that exit poll coming. Not definitive, of course, but a reasonable estimate.
Hopefully Corbyn will fuck off and crawl back under his rock.
Lib Dems could all go home in one taxi, if the poll is correct. 😂

Where the hell has all of the remainers votes gone. I’m flabbergasted. This is a brexit election. Surely Remainers didn’t just vote Tory?

A lot of remainers accept the result of the referendum.

Interesting to see how the pound made massive gains within moments of the exit polls.

It will always be that but hopefully c note will be ousted so we don't get to hear him whining at least.

Blyth Valley, Labour since 1950, is now a Tory seat.

Instead we get to enjoy listening to endless Boris waffle whilst we still don’t have a clue what the fuck he’s going to do because he doesn’t either.

Doesn't matter. Its better than Corbyn and I suspect that's what most Labour supporters think too.

I’m still waiting on a few results that I’ve been involved with but very pleased with Darlington and Bishop Auckland.

Darlington is wonderful. I've promised my neighbour that if Pidcock gets ousted, I will dance down my friends drive wearing a blue rosette. (she is a Momentum member). He has promised to join me. 😂
