Interesting website.. I never saw another turquoise Fiat Punto Sporting, perhaps not surprising as only 5 made it to the UK...

I like that. I've spent a while going through my own car history and I too appear to have managed to buy quite a few fairly rare colours. There were only 6 red Montego GTIs

With my current car, there were 100 registered, so very rare anyway, but blue was the most chosen colour. It'll be because Ascari Blue was an exclusive to Audi RS Performance models and I don't it think cost any extra.

Really interesting. Only 5 Silver 750i registered in 2017, 11 in total over 3 years. I wonder how many of those were Pure Metal Silver, it could well be the only one.

Not totally accurate, unsurprisingly. My E500 Avantgarde Auto isn't listed as green registered in 2007. I suppose it must have been the only green one.
My Subaru was one of seven manual, black cars in 2007. Green was rare for my V40 T4 Auto too as ut was for my 1993 Clio 1.4RT.

Definitely interesting. From my perspective, it's a shame that they don't split the colour into the particular manufacturer names for the colour, but this of course is not possible from the DVLA data. My Cayman is Sapphire Blue, but they also came in Dark Blue Metallic, and the 'Colour To Sample' blues of Voodoo, Riviera and Mexico.

I'm suspicious of this. Apparently I had the only blue Ford Escort 1.3L built in 1979 and my mother had the only silver Fiesta 1.1L.

The figures do seem a little off. Could it be 60 registered IN march 2019?

This is similar to that howmanyleft website which always seems like horse shit whenever I look at it.

I'm sure there are some inaccuracies as the model names seem all over the place as well in some models.
But interesting none the less - only 154 red XFR's were ever registered and only 13 red ones in 2011.
