Well the idiots march on, no idea how these hate filled people can justify their actions any more than any of the other contributors to senseless murder but no sign of them growing up. There was a documentary on Dunblane yesterday and apparently the villain of that piece was behaving oddly around young boys, fired by the scouts and distrusted by the community. His reaction, shoot a bunch of five year olds and their teachers. Far too much bloody madness.

^ I think that one of the issues (and I speak from personal experience) is that if you report someone who is obviously a threat to others to the authorities, they will not act without hard evidence for a whole manner of reasons (including patient confidentiality, data protection), so unfortunately someone has to die or be seriously injured before action is taken.

I don't know anything about the perpetrators but if they're right wing idiots and actually want to shoot a load of people of a certain religion then why didn't they join their army and volunteer to serve in Afghanistan, Syria, etc?
Of course, they would face the danger that people in those places might actually shoot back so I suppose its easier for them to attack a bunch of unarmed people in a place of worship.
I hope there is zero publicity given to them, however on recent evidence I fear that won't be the case and we'll hear a lot more about them than their victims.

But apparently, according to this NZ guy's manifesto, he wasn't against Muslims per se. He was against immigration. It is still sickening what he did nonetheless. Death is too good for him. He deserves to be hung, dried and quartered, and then some.

Thing is, the guy that wrote the manifesto and streamed the attack is an Ocker not a New Zealander so he too is an immigrant.

Adding to that irony is that children were shot. Children who were probably born in NZ and therefore not immigrants at all. Take it to the nth degree and all non Aboriginal or Maori peoples in Australia and NZ are (or descended from) immigrants...

It is very hard to decide if people like guy are utter nutjobs, psychopaths, plain evil or all three. People blame facebook and social media, but the IRA and the Unionists managed to kill lots of people before mobile phones were even invented, and Lockerbie was very pre-social media. I just think now these people get a lot wider and immediate "publicity" and seem to be able to egg each other on more easily.

For one of the recent attacks last year, possibly a London one, the news media covered everything you could ever possibly know about the guy who did it but barely mentioned the victims. I think the attackers should have zero coverage.

Agreed but the news channels go for maximum hype, the actual news is a very small percentage of the news now.
